- 1 pound ground venison
- ¼ cup red onion, small dice
- ⅔ cup apple, shredded
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Apple Aioli

- 8 ounce sliced Swiss cheese
- ½ whole apple, thinly sliced
- 8-10 leaves spinach or bibb lettuce
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°
- Render the bacon in a fry pan large enough to cook the sliders. Remove bacon from grease and place on paper towel. Set aside to cool.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the aioli. Whisk until blended and refrigerate.
- In a larger mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the sliders and gently form into 9 or 12 patties.
- Cook patties in bacon grease over medium-low heat for about 4 minutes per side.
- Top with Swiss cheese and transfer to the oven to bake for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
- Spread each slider bun generously with apple aioli. Place a cooked patty on top followed by an apple slice, a leaf of spinach or lettuce, and top with bun.
- Serve with some extra aioli for dipping.
